You can record carbon emissions on your Expense claim, depending on what category you select.
To record CO2 emissions
- Sign in to Capture Expense. You are taken to the Overview page.
- Select New expenses claim. The Add Expense page appears.
- Select the relevant transport Category. The corresponding fields appear.
- Fill in the Journey End.
- Press Enter on the keyboard. The Actual Distance and CO2 emission is automatically calculated.
Note: Click the Attach Receipt button if necessary to attach a receipt. - Click the Save button. The record is now in Expenses> Draft.
- Continue to add claims by clicking the + Expense button in the side menu.
