How do I change my preferences?

From the preferences menu, you can customise various settings, according to your own personal needs, or organisational requirements. 

Navigating to Preferences 

  1. Click on your user account icon, located in the top-right corner.
  2. A dropdown menu will appear.
  3. Choose "Change your Settings" found under the "Preferences" section.
  4. The "Preferences" window will then be displayed.

Name Description
Turn off notifications
  1. All -  Select this option to turn off all the Credit Card Transaction notifications, Approved Claim notifications and Rejected Claims notifications.
  2. Approved Claims - Select this option to turn off Approved Claim notifications.
  3. Rejected Claims - Select this option to turn off Rejected Claim notifications.
Email address and user sign-in Use this field to change your email and sign-in address.
Default journey location Use this field to enter the journey location of where you start your travel. This can also be set up on the user's People record.
Your place of work Use this field to enter the journey location of where you start your travel.
Commute This field displays the commute distance that you use daily.
Email addresses to forward receipts (use a comma for multiple) Enter the email address(es) you use for  forwarding your receipts to Capture Expense.
Default Currency Select the default currency in which your expenses will be raised.
Users that can enter expenses on your behalf Allows you to delegate users to enter expenses on your behalf.
