Once you have created a Draft Expense claim with a receipt attached, you can view its details in Expenses. You can also remove the receipt if necessary.
View the receipt
- Sign in to Capture Expense.
- Navigate to Drafts.
Expenses> Draft. - Select the relevant record. Its details appears at the side.
- Scroll to view the receipt.
To remove the receipt from the claim
- Select the record you wish to remove the receipt from. Its details appear at the side.
- Click Receipts.
The Attach Receipts view appears. - Select the relevant receipt.
- Click the Close button. The receipt is removed from the Expense claim.
Note: You can add another receipt to the claim in the Attach Receipt view by clicking + Receipt.
