How do I delete draft expense claims?

Within Drafts, you can delete a claim. This is useful if you have made a mistake or the claim is no longer necessary.
 

To delete draft expense claims

  1. Sign in to Capture Expense.
  2. Navigate to the Drafts tab.
    Go to Expenses> Draft
    Duplicate_drafts__1_.png
  3. Select the claims you want to delete. The side menu appears.
  4. Click Remove
    Claims_selected_to_delete.png
    A confirmation message appears asking: Are you sure you want to permanently delete the transactions?
  5. Click the Delete button. The Draft Expense claims are deleted.
