You can easily keep track of your receipts by quickly snapping a photo using the mobile app or emailing them to Capture Expense. Receipts can also be uploaded in bulk from your mobile's photo album.

The interfaces may look slightly different depending on whether you are using an Android or iPhone device.
To scan a receipt
- Sign in to Capture Expense. You are taken to your dashboard.
- Tap Receipts. The Receipts view appears.
- Tap the Camera icon.
- Select the camera option to take a photo of the receipt. Note: You can also upload in bulk existing receipt photos from your phone's library or files folder.
- Take a photo of the receipt. The receipt's data is scanned into Capture Expense. And a visual copy is uploaded into Receipts.
- Continue to add receipts. Once finished, you can attach a receipt to an expense claim to create a draft.
