If you have forgotten your Capture Expense Password, you can easily reset it via the Sign in to Capture Expense page.
To reset your password
- Navigate to the Sign in to Capture Expense page.
Go to https://app.expenseonce.com. - Click Forgot your password?
You are taken to the Reset Password page. - Enter your email address.
- Click Send. A Reset Password message appears stating: We have sent you an email from noreply@expenseonce.com with instructions to reset your password.
Important! If you have not received your email instructing you to reset your Capture Expense password, check your Spam/Junk folders. - Click the Reset Password link. You are taken to the Set Password page.
- Enter the Password.
Important! The created password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mixture of uppercase and lowercase characters and digits. - Re-enter the Password.
- Click Update. A message appears stating: Your password has been successfully updated.
- Click Sign in. You are taken to the Sign in to Capture Expense page.
- Continue to Sign in as normal.

You can also change your password within Capture Expense by navigating to My User and selecting Password from the menu and following the instructions.
