Within Capture Expense, you can export a template which contains the Vehicle data with or without rates, for reporting purposes. You can also use the exported headers as the template for importing new information.
To export vehicle data
- Navigate to the Vehicles page.
Go to Setup> Overview> Vehicles & Rates or Setup> Vehicles - Select Export from the Actions menu.
Export instructions appear. - Follow the instructions.
- Perform either of the following:
- Deselect the Include data... option. The template will only contain the column headers. This is useful if you wish to import new Vehicle data into Capture Expense.
- Select the Include data... option. The Vehicles' data is exported.
- Click the Download button. The template is downloaded to your local drive.
