How do I export tag data?

Within Capture Expense, you can export a template which contains the Tag data, for reporting purposes. You can also use the exported headers as the template for importing new information.

To export tags

1. Navigate to the Tags page. 
   Go to Setup> Overview> Tags & Costcentres or Setup> Tags
2. Select Export from the Actions menu.
   
   Export instructions appear.
   
3. Follow the instructions.
4. Perform either of the following:
   • Deselect the Include data... option. The template will only contain the column headers. This is useful if you wish to import new Tag data in bulk into Capture Expense.
     
   • Select the Include data... option. The Tags' data is exported.
     
5. Click the Download button. The template is downloaded to your local drive.
